To create a picture of how your life is affected by treatment we will send you questionnaires. Questionnaires will be send 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months after local excision. We will use this data to investigate differences in functionality and quality of life between the treatment options.

The questionnaires will be sent to you digitally. If you are unable to fill-out the questionnaires online, a paper version will be sent to you. Please indicate this to your treating physician.
